The tips i would give for a new teacher who is creating a schedule would be is to take it easy, its hard to learn at first but getting into the swing of things is always hard, especially when its worth it.
As far as maintaining it, keep your classroom in a general direction after each activity to keep their focus.

A component of a good early learning environment that I think is especially important would be the books that are in the classroom. Children love getting their hands on their own book or to be read to or just to simply pretend to read to you.

In my opinion, I think that screentime shouldnt be allowed in early learning due to the amount recieved at home nowadays its almost like school is getting them away from it just for a litte while.

- What big messages do the WACs give regarding diversity and collaboration? That we must teach that we are all diverse and unique, in regards to collaboration, we are in a position that requires constant communication therefore; they go hand in hand.

There are many rules and all for great reasons.
I was definetly surprised by several WACs, so much so that i had to read them several times to really understand what i was reading.
Yes, the WACs are all in place to protect everyone.
