THINKING AHEAD OF TIME AND PREPARATION IS 2 KEY FACTORS TO SUCCEEDING IN A CONVERSATION

IT ALSO HELPS ME UNDERSTAND WHAT ELSE I CAN DO TO BETTER IF THEY ARE HAVING TROUBLE WITH A CERTAIN ENGAGEMENT

Screen time isn’t appropriate because children would rely more on electronics than engaging with teachers. We can incorporate in a classroom setting music, reading, action figure toys that would gather a Childs attention better than setting them aside with electronics

Explaining to the parents to be on time and what can be the cons if it is a continuos act on their behalf it can be problematic in the future.

This can engage both the parent and child to understand better where they come from and what foods for example is most common in their country to what language is spoken the most. A poster explaining this would be well informing to everyone in the classroom also one thing I learned in my Childs school was taking a food or a belief we are used to and presenting it to the classroom for others to try or understand where we come from.

I learned each aspect required by the state in the guidebook and understood the importance of each license required by the state, to me its very important to be aware the requirements needed to be a teacher assistant/teacher especially when working in the early childhood development stage.
