They may need help with a specific hurdle, or an accommodation in the classroom. Every child is different and needs individual attention.

I think screens should be limited in childcare. Although for school age children I’m sure the occasional educational video in class isn’t a problem.

There’s also WAC 110-300-0030 which states that early learning programs must not discriminate.
