involve children to do daily routines together but don’t make the rotines too Complicated easy and smooth will be perfect.

first of all have to be nice and neat everything should be at it’s place.

Observing and documenting a child’s development can help understand a child better and know where they are at and what they needed help at.

better to do less screen time what we can do is read story or sing song and do some activities together.

In the classroom or outdoor we can let the children make a circle and play some passing toys game so everytime they pass the toys they can sing a song or share about what they did today or the weekend.

I will explain to the parent 20min it’s not long for parents but for children it is when child watching other parent picking up their children they will feel pretty sad. also staff have to wait as well have to be respectful and show responsibility.

If I’m going to welcome a child i will call all the children and make a circle and we will sing a hello hello song and introduce ourself one by one so we all get to know the new child and make them feel warm welcomed

in a child care you need to be responsibility for what you were doing so there a lot of things need to keep in mind just have to remember all the information cause it all make sense learn and use it while you are working
