What are some of the best ways to help children recognize their emotions? All children learn differently and they express their emotions differently. Letting the child be heard and understood without talking down on them or not letting them speak it will ruin the chance to feel confident. It’s important that we allow children to express their emotions.

Examples of responsive exchange you may use everyday. listening, understanding, being heard, patience, positive attitude, interactive activities, and playing with the children. Children need to feel understood and loved even if you are not family.

Children want someone to hear them out, spend time playing with them, and listen to them. They love when any adult is paying attention to their needs and wants. Children need to feel heard, loved, and comfered.

Having hobbits could either mean good or bad but that doesn’t mean you can’t change those hobbits into something good. You have to change and make those hobbits into positive healthy ones.

As a childcare provider if I saw a child who had signs of being abused or treated a certain way I would call cps. It’s my job as a childcare provider to make sure every child is healthy and safe. I’ve always been told if I see something say something.

Communicating, building relationships, and being understood from both sides helps creating a positive relationship between the childcare provider and the families. Having relationships with the families creates a safe space for the families, their children, and childcare provider.

I would want my child provider to be patient, caring, and to be interactive with my child. It’s important that teachers are actively teaching children.

  • Reading, pictures, examples, and learning activities such as hands on projects are all ways to encourage children to wanting to engage more in the classroom. Children need encouragement from other children and their teachers.

  • In a early learning program having a daily schedule teaches the children to look forward on doing the same thing but different task everyday. It welcomes the idea of the children redoing or making the same schedule but different task better. It also teaches them time management, patience, and knowing that even if the day doesn’t go as plan tomorrow you can make it better.
