Something I would do is, go to a trusted person or co worker and talk about it and what advice they would give me. Let there be communication and let it out, take a minute or two to breathe where too because sometimes keeping things inside can lead to having a one time explosion of everything.

Some examples of this may be to interact with whether you play, have one on one, make sure you make them feel safe and that you are someone they can trust, try to be their emotional support if they need as well. Make them feel comfortable and belonged.

Ways I’ve found to release stress by listening to music, going on walk at the park, taking deep breaths, listening to my favorite podcast as well.

If I ever suspected a child being abused or neglected, first thing I would before jumping into conclusions is first bring it up to my supervisor or manager, see if they notice anything and from there proceed with the following protocols.

Creative ways to get the children engaged by asking more in depth questions, it gets them to think critically, and helps them solve problems as well as you get them to respond back.

When creating and maintaining a schedule I would make sure to include group activities, outside time, breakfast, lunch and snack times, their nap time, independent time, art and crafts as well.

Some components may be where child has space to move around, have it planned out, sectioned out, example be where one kid can be out playing blocks and the other kid can in the side reading a book. Have toys and room organized where they have easy access as well.

I feel like there should not be screen time in child care because it does effect brain development already. I think that the children interacting with one another in group activities is better than having sit at a screen watching others do the activity than them physically doing it

A way to do serve and return in a classroom is when there is a time when I get one on one, while play time when they had me a toy or a object I say thank you, and ask if they like it, hand it back, let them continue with the toy and so forth and so on.
