When making a daily schedule I would start by having the children put their stuff away and wash their hands and have them sit at the table and have breakfast for them and then have the other meal times ready for them as well and then write down how ate and didn’t eat much then have the play time and other activites ready for them now the routine might change but it all depends how much time and If the kids moods as well I would say.

Some compounds of a good learning environment that I would say are very important is having a cozy and safe space for kids to feel safe and secure. For example having blocks at a block area away from the quiet corner is good for kids to play with blocks and having it away from he quiet area so the kids in the quiet area don’t hear as much noise.

  • Show the parent the new things the kid has learned and show them the new data the kid has made from when they first got here and now and show them how much they have grown and show them that their kids gross motor is growing and that their true selfs are starting to develop

  • It helps learn about the child and then look back to see what new things they have learned or see what things they are stuck with and need help learning and seeing the child and see what they know and seeing what they are good at can help as well .

To me having a lot of screen time is not good for the child but having a little screen time is good to be able to distract the child and being able to get something important done in the house or important work having a lot of screen time and not playing with the child is not good so making time to play with the child is better then putting a screen on and having the child entertain themselves

  • They can do severe and return by showing the kid the same eyesight like the child by showing them that you are very interested by the item they are looking at and making sure you follow them and change the play toy when they are done

  • Explain to the parent that 20 mins it may seem not much time for them but for the child it could affect them dearly because that much time could mean way longer and it could make them feel any type of emotions and sometimes they could be good emotions or bad emotions and other times the kid is tired and ready to leave the center and just wants to go home and go to their safe space which is their home so having to leave their child at the center 20 min is not bad but doing it everyday may affect the child.

  • If I was a teacher I would make sure that the new student would feel very welcoming by doing a culture day or learning about new cultures and learning something new with the students and making sure that the new student feels welcomed in the classroom it is important that the student feels that they belong in the classroom at all times. And learning the new cultures in always good way to make a lesson plan and adding things to the classroom would also help the new student feel welcomed in the classroom because they would feel happy if they saw items that they see at home feel excited to share and to teach the other students about their culture.

There was a lot of information on the WAC but it was helpful learning the rules and what to do and not to do and being able to see what you have to do to take care of a child and being able to know what to do like learning the amounts durning snack time and learning to problem solve
