Documenting helps us to be objective about our findings. We have to make sure that the confidentiality is maintained. We need to have local resources for proper referral.

It is best not to have screen time at least until preschool. The screen time doesn’t create strong relationships or bonding. They need to explore the nature and have fun learning in the classrom with their peers.

It can be done through structured circle time or any time the child is serving to adult, the adult can respond friendly and positively.

I understand it is hard to get off from work but, we have designated center operating hours. We have to hold some staff from leaving after the their regular hours. Is there any way you can arrange alternate pick up if you will be late? we would greatly appreciate that.

The curriculum should be all inclusive. As a professional, we need to invite other cultures and talk about various aspects of the culture by celebrating their festivals etc., Language is very important in addressing their culture. Welcoming a newly immigrated child in their home language easily puts the child at ease.
School is the common/secure place that diversity can happen, and it should be warmly welcomed.

It was very detailed book and everything given in that book regarding Early learning program has so much depth and valuable information. If you are an Early child care program employee, this will be the book to refer any questions regarding licensing, staffing, health, safety, nutrition, agency practices etc., This is a great resource.
