I honestl dont mind the screen time i feel its the way it is used. screen time cand count as stories over Alexa, music, and video books. we live in a time were tech is everything and things are always changing. if a child watches tv it should monitored and limited, that just my feeling toward screen time.

I think providers can have a serve and return enviorment by being loving, consistent, supportive, and communicatiable

I would let management handle the sitution because 9 time of 10 there is a policy in place for late pick ups and I would just want to keep they healty relation with the parent.

The WAC wants the center to be welcoming to all! the over all message is create a welcoming, safe, and clean enviorment for families to want to leave their child in especially when the children spend most of the day in a educator / providers care.

I discovered that WAC put in place to suppot and protect families and educators/admin. No I was not really surprised , I mean I see why they make sense more now and why we follow certain rules. Yes I can see just from reading some of the codes it makes more sense to me why i can and can not do things in the classroom.
