i have my children do waterfall when they seeming like the need some calmness or when i want their attention so that im not shushing them they sush them selves.

Get involved in th activites by being present and on hand is a great way to encough the children if they see you playing with something or doing the art it sparks their intrest and they too would mostlikely will want to join

aA tip would be to know you kids needs, wants, and intrest and create aourond the kids to make a more fun easy going enviorment

I think a fun welcoming enviorment is a great key component. Especially if the envioment caters to the children intrests, wants, and needs.
