I like helping children find names for their emotions. Another thing I&#8217;ve seen work is practicing how to deep breath. maybe offer an area the child can go. I see what stresses I&#8217;m experience and if some of them I can ask others to help with. I will also spend my free time relaxing and focusing on myself more during these times because I know a part of this is not taking care of myself. </p>

Regrounding is really helpful for me. If I can&#8217;t step away then putting on some fun music or doing something to change the dynamic of the situation helps to get me out of that stressed response. </p>

Help them learn to problem solve instead of just giving them information. Make sure to appropriately space out meal times and leave time for rest depending on ages. Outside time is also important. </p>

WAC wants to show that diversity and collaboration are extremely important for children to see and experience early on. </p>
