Some of the ways to help children recognize their feeling , emotions and control their emotions:
By letting them speak their feelings out to a person they can tryst and feel safe with. When they communicate their feeling and emotions , they are able to release the stress.
The caregiver can also help the child the learn how to regulate their behaviour when he or she is feeling stressed out. They can help the child to learn the skill of self calming. Self calming practice takes only few minutes to practice everyday and can be helpful. The child can role play what a frustrated and anxious behavior looks like and then practice salg – calming with the child

Then give them the tour of the schools giving them all the information they need to decide if the facility is correct for their child – Like tell them about the curriculum, the schedules, the holidays, how the schools deals with with the various scenarios that might take place place sometimes. I would also show them the activities of the classes specially the age- group that particular parent so looking for, the play area, the bathrooms for the children. Also them send home with file which would contain all the important information that they would need to decide on the school.

There are certain factors that pose risks to the lives of children like random shootings that takes place often. Its scary for me even to think or read about those kinds of incidents. So I always think and feel how can we make a safer and better place for all children .
