Biggest worry about keeping children safe is the outside environment in this world with everything going on.

My advice for creating a good partnership with parents is to be empathetic, help with any refferals, and gain their trust by keeping their situation confidential.

If I was the parent of a young child, What 3 things I would expect from the provider would be care and attention to my child, protection of my child, and acceptance.
3 things I’d be scared that would happen to my child would be no attention payed to my child, lack of empathy, and exclusion of my child.
