That doesn’t have to meet constant free time, but involving them in as much of the process as possible is beneficial to build their independence and ability to make decisions.

It is helpful when more than one adult is in the classroom as there are often multiple needs to be met at once, but it is so important that children are acknowledged and tended to when they are reaching out for help so they can develop the connection between advocating for themselves and getting their needs met.

There are many guidelines and regulations that are vital to comply with for the safety and wellbeing of children and staff.
Not really, but that is because I have already worked in schools before so I am fairly familiar with many of the expectations.
I think the WACs can be applied to pretty much every single day and interaction with children.
