if a child is disregulated i am sure to keep my body calm and at there level then i ask questions with an empathetic responce

my biggest concern is illness during the pandemic we were so strict about illness and not allowing sick children to enter the space i fear we have reverted back to old standards and seeing an uptick of sick children and staff sick children struggle to learn and say focused and sick staff struggle to teach
depending on which illness it can have devastating long term effects especially with rsv and newborns

my new favorit skill is the positivity sandwich positive followed by the challenging part followed by another positive
