some ways i can maintain a good relationship with the families and kids and co workers is by always staying positive and being respectful and hearing out everything that any one might have to say

somethings i would do as a parent of a young child is to make sure my child is doing activities at home to make them stay in engaged and play learning games with them. and to just make sure that their learning something new everyday.
