Observing and documenting a child’s development helps early learning providers understand each child’s unique needs and progress. It shows what skills they’ve mastered and where they might need extra support. You can tailor an appropriate activity tailored to the childs development.

I personally don’t do screen time. I could see how it could be beneficial for learning as long as it’s not super overstimulating

when a child shows interest in something around them, try to encourage them. Maybe show them more closely or how something works.

I would make sure to document each instance and address it directly to try to communicate and see whats going on
