You can make healthy habits fun by making into a game or challenge. For example, if i hit my daily water intake goal, i treat myself to a cookie/sweet treat.

don’t belittle them or their parenting, start with a positive comment then get to the root of the situation

1) patience, treating my child like their own, and compassion 2) my child getting hurt, not being paid attention to, my child feeling left out
