I feel like having a good environment for the children as well as being prepared, having everything well planned, and being welcoming.

Think about different ways that you can help the child but also the parents as well, let the parent have some input on what they are thinking and how they would like to help the child.

It can help us better understand them and how their development is going.

I think that avoiding screen time for kids especially the younger kids could help them focus more on communicating with others but also help more with socializing. I think only having some screen time for educational videos or rhymes to help them learn.

Creating a “Serve and Return” environment by responding to children’s verbal and no-verbal as well. Also by creating a supportive and engaging community.

I was not surprised as everything is information to help us understand better of the responsibility we are taking. I do see WACs influence my day-to-day as it is important to follow.
