My biggest worry is the things I cannot control, the outside world we live in, school shootings etc

Being honest and clear I think is the most important also understanding you don’t know what’s going on in their personal lives and being clear and understanding might help not add stress to them

I would want to know my child is safe so them knowing how to safely care for multiple children
