I would say be engaged and maximize the time you have with each child.

My biggest worry would be not having enough eyes to have on every student all the time.

Figure out what that student likes and intergrate that into play for them to engage them more.

I would say base it on nap and meal times. Fit activities and outside time around nap and snacks or meals.

I would say a calm book corner because it gives children a place to take a break in a way and regulate themselves.

Bring up the positive, like I noticed your child is really good at (skill) maybe we should screen them developmentally.

It helps the caregiver know what the child needs in order for the child to thrive as much as they can.

I think there is a time and place for screentime and childcare is not it, maybe try books or music instead.

They can create this enviroment by building on the skills the children have and starting at the begining.
