Teachers need to work with families, listen to them and often showing interest to learn more about what kids like to do outside school will help greatly. Everyone should feel welcome and included. This helps children learn better and families feel happy.</p>

They cover everything from staff training to making sure the place is clean and safe for the kids.</span></p>
