I feel as though while they’re tiny and young they don’t need screen time . They could always benefit from tunes and things but watching TV just isn’t really that beneficial to them . The older they get though the more I feel they’d benefit from an occasional educational cartoon in small doses .

Then explain the severity of 20 minutes past time does to the center . Staff needs to go home , hours being mixed up , and stress on the child and staff that they can’t do their closing duties because they need to still care for the child .

2.) WAC 100-300-0160 basically says that providers must provide culturally/ racially diverse learning opportunities through their activities . Things like toys , music , etc.
