Id simply show them all the nice amenities the center offers and things that the children would love and every time we pass something that’s considered a precaution of safety , id explain what it is and it’s purpose to them so it ensures that not only is my center the best option in the sense of activities learning and fun but also safety and that their children will be well taken care of

I feel as though while they’re tiny and young they don’t need screen time . They could always benefit from tunes and things but watching TV just isn’t really that beneficial to them . The older they get though the more I feel they’d benefit from an occasional educational cartoon in small doses .

Start off with an understanding manner , ask if there’s a valid reason as to why this parent is consistently late and if there’s anything you can do to help . Then explain the severity of 20 minutes past time does to the center . Staff needs to go home , hours being mixed up , and stress on the child and staff that they can’t do their closing duties because they need to still care for the child .

2.) WAC 100-300-0160 basically says that providers must provide culturally/ racially diverse learning opportunities through their activities . Things like toys , music , etc.
