I like yoga for this, but other things like weight training, archery, and axe throwing are good! They force you to think entirely about the activity, and release endorphins to help you relax. </p>

Having potentially anaphylactic allergies myself, gives me a great deal of insight into how important it is to protect children with allergies, due to the life threatening nature of it, and how nonchalant, or even disbelieving some adults can be about allergies. </p>
