If the child mentions something concerning I will bring it up to the director. I think its also important on where the marks are on the body. </p>

Having an outline or draft of what exactly is going to be said and it is helpful to practice and receive  feedback from a co-teacher and director. </p>

<p>I discovered the extreme importance of  understanding why laws and regulations are placed. Simply knowing and following the directors leads on the requirements that are needed is one mindset but truly taking the time to understand why these laws are put into place opens a whole different mindset.
