Also prepare yourself that parents might be sensative to the feedback. Begin by mentioning positive insights about the child prior to addressing the concerns. Have good observations/documentations ready to be shared with parents.

By knowing this they are able to provide intentional curriculum/ activites to help with the child’s development. By documenting they are able to communicate with parents as well and track the childs progress.

I think it is good to have limited screen time for children, I think we should encourage children to interact with eachother and playing. I think playing outside or inside with toys help with their social skills and development.
