I ask them questions & let them tell me how they feel and then i notice how they react and then if that doesn’t work i just try & learn the child and see if they can express to me overall in different ways not communicating it to me but showing me & i’ve noticed that worked.

Making sure you are nurturing and listening & communicating with ur child because they put their trust in you. It shows us to make sure you keep a healthy & supportive relationship with your child.

i feel as if screen time is okay if they’re learning something from it. i feel like too much screen time isn’t okay, but yes it can be okay in a certain timely matter. kids can learn that way & have fun too.

Making sure every child is getting a turn to be the leader if the class has duties for the kids. Lots of good communication & one on one time. Engaging in the child’s conversations listening to the children. problem solving.

Make it enjoyable to come to class by singing songs, dancing, having game days, and letting students pick what to do for the day.

You can make it fun by singing, playing a game showing them how good it is for them to grow up.

My biggest worries are school shootings, abuse, and neglect. I’m more interested in learning about procedures for healthy, safety & sanitation.

my advice is to keep good professional communication, respect, and being positive in the environment helps. Making sure everyone is on the same page, engaging & asking questions as well.

3 things i would want from my child’s provider is a safe/clean environment, open communication, & caring/nurturing.
