My biggest worry about keeping children healthy and safe is factors that are out of my control like interest usage, gun violence, and predators.
I am most interested in learning how to make education meaningful and safe despite these outside factors.

My advice for creating and maintaining a good partnership between caregivers/parents and childcare providers is to have open communication, honesty, trust, and a goal of working together to raise and educate a successful child.

-Make it simple and easy for students to follow and understand.
-Have a system in place where students remove or check off certain events/activities as they are completed throughout the day.
-Young children cannot tell time so it is important to follow routines that allow children to know what is coming up next!
