the best way to help children recognize their behavior is role play with them about the emotions and practice going to a calming place and deep breathing there when actually frustrated. being given such things as breathing techniques and other things like that to get on track again they have a higher chance of getting to a better spot.

nothin like a good therapeutic massage, hot bath with unscented epsome salt (2 cups) and plenty of water. I knew a chiropractor who wouldn’t adjust a person who wasn’t taking a sound probiotic… and Ive since learned that probiotic have to make it to the large intestine backed up poop can be a root cause of a lot of things… including the body not getting in much of whatever we are trying to get in us for the better… bottom line take care of yourself in the ways are reasonable and make sense to you overtime.. and in time things will get better to have to hang in there/ ride it out a and there will be light on the other side.

kids love to dance and smile and skip and jump if they can. id love to see the birdy dance incorporated as many times as it can be tolerated into the routine of children in a day. its a classic and its a hit!

the best way to make healthy habits fun… is to get into them yourself….get enough of a sense about the thing… decently informed to the point where you get lit up about the thing you want the child to learn… and they will get it… and catch the wave of your enthusiasm.

My biggest worry in keeping children safe is the possible risk of allergens either in or consumed the air @ the center or at home and is simply not known of as an allergy or in a medical record. now-a-days allergies come up left right and center … to medications to chemicals .. to a lot of things and babies and children are so vulnerable. In some cases it can take a long time to determine an allergy or be able to isolate a reaction. This is a variable outside of our control really; and if signs come up its possible to further investigate there after however it still worries me at times.

Maintenance is something that seems to easily be over looked.. TO MAINTAIN… I would recommend looking at what works well in the partnership and strategically insert occasions just like with curriculum to recreate what works well. jumping in to take the blame if there was a less than ideal choice made in behavior… even if not noticed. Recall events and conversations and bring up info from previous conversations and ask about what interested them.

Three things I would hope for is someone attentive to needs, safe minded and fun. Dread would be if the child is unsupervised, exposed to danger/ left in harms way, left without what they need/ neglected.

Re-evaluating can be a fancy way of second-guessing which highly-likely works out against you and your goals. A RE-EVALUATION can be a planned thing, to put in the schedule, but ought not be too frequent. quarterly is reasonable to re- consider major schedule structures but usually what you came to the table with will likely be fine or well enough and changes are better put in gradually or subtly and not all the time.

I do think outside playgrounds are important because climbing leads to development as well as having a chance to consider different professions in dress-up helps build confidence and creativity.
