Use an emotion chart. Help them find small ways to exert their emotions.

Taking Deep breaths. Small stims like squeezing my hands together and clenching and unclenching by my sides. Listening to instrumental music.

Always listen to the kids. Never call them names or be excessive in punishments. Be calm in dealing with inappropriate behavior.

If there is a situation with no clear outcome. Situations like rumors.

a firm crib with no toys or pillows in it is the best place for a sleeping infant.

Do games based on nursery rhymes. or other musical leanings.

Add a song and dance, play music while they clean up.

Fire exits, cushiony toys, up to date cribs.

I would make sure to follow all the steps. I would make sure to keep a level head as to be more believable.

1. They are having struggles with learning

2. Someone is being unkind to them

3. The class is not safe.

have it connect to their interest. use tools like music and movement.

have the activities listed out at the beginning of day. have alerts that tell you when new activity begins.

a well stocked book shelf with undamaged books. small science stuff that is safe. and a necklace station.

Have some examples of ways the child has been struggling. there should be some serious concrete evidence of the child facing challenges. Also, make sure that they know that their child is not bad, you are just concerned for their learning environment.

It can let you know what areas the child is struggling in and where they are doing well. It shows that you are interested in their learning.

No Screen Time for younger kids. for older children, moderation is key. say they can play video games or watch tv after they have done everything.

a child wants to read a book. They say a word, and you repeat the word to them.

Talk with the parent about their schedule. See if there is an afterschool program for her child. Make sure her child is safe and secure for that time.

make sure the child is reassured they are coming. Once the child has been calmed down, find an activity to distract them.
