1. Working with a co-worker to script your discussion.
2. Knowing the local resources for referral.
3. Refer families with confidence that they will be in good care.

1. I acknowledged that working in childcare requires many expectations, and I am glad to learn about a variety of them, such as licensing and educational background.
2. I am surprised by WAC 110-300-0505, where postings are required. I thought some of the postings were simply helping educators and viewers to learn more about childcare, and it is more about the requirements instead.
3. I can see how the WACs will influence your day-to-day practice in caring for children by allowing me to know what rules I must keep in mind and comply with.
