I would also let them know that although the twenty minutes may not seem like long but for the child it could seem like a very long time and could affect the child because of it.</p>

I was a bit surprised about how there is a difference between the ratio of child to staff when working in a private home or house is different than working in a site or at one of the primary buildings.
