The best way to help children recognize their emotions and control their reactions is to calm a child down, then understand the child why he/she feels this emotion and discuss it with the child about that.

When I start feeling compassion fatigue, I will give myself time to think or read articles about it. Maybe I’ll think about what I need to do, not just to have compassion but to help people.

To understand the child, an adult needs to see and hear the child, and if an adult sees something wrong with a child, an adult needs to talk to him in a calm atmosphere and understand him.

Children like it when adults talk to them about different topics. I would advise you to be not only a teacher for children but also a friend. Listen to the child, and understand why he is upset. Play with children and read a lot of books with them.

For infants, an early learning provider must supply a single-level crib, playpen, or other developmentally appropriate sleep equipment. Providers must not use sofas, couches, or adult-sized or toddler beds for infant sleeping.

We have certain songs, we turn them on and the children move to the music. There are verbs in the song, for example: jump, stomp and the children are happy to perform these movements

to turn habits into pleasure, you need to come up with them in a playful way or make a competition. Children love to play and compete with their peers

I would invite my parents and tell them about the program of my kindergarten, and how educators spend their days with children, I would tell them about educators. Then, I would invite them to see the kindergarten and tell them that everything in the kindergarten is provided for by age and that everything is safe

If I notice that a child is being mistreated at home, then first I will inform the director about it, then I will talk to the child, and if there are very serious problems, we will report it to the CPS

To build a good relationship, you must be polite and friendly to your parents. To show them that teacher is ready to work and help their children in learning.

If I were the parent of a young child the three things I would want most from my child’s provider would be communication, give to my child good knowledge and good condition in the classroom. Three fears that I might have that the class is not safe, struggle teachers, not listening my kid.

To involve the child in the creative process, you need to praise the child for his work, then, so that he accepts new information, we ask a question to which the child answers. After that, the teacher complements the child by giving him new information.
