I think the daily schedule should always be consistent starting as soon as they walk-in in the morning, meal and snack times, circle time, outside play, nap time…It gives the children comfort and stability.

Tell the parents about your observations in a nonjudgmental way, don’t diagnose rather tell them about the behaviors and what you have observed.

See how the child learns, their strengths and where they may need a little more help to develop, the childcare provider can then figure out some appropriate activities.

I totally agree, young children need to interact and learn with really people, also you just cant get the emotional support and feedback from a tablet or a computer.
