My biggest fear in kids safely is unintentionally hurt their emotions, drug usage, school shootings.

My advice would be to start with the positive things and then why they are here for the meetings. Then explain about the situation and try to suggest some suggestions from them. Then suggest your plan and ask if they agree about it.

If the classroom like to play with magnetic tiles then I will learn to make so cool stuff with that and show them how to build it. It kind of creates the bond between the teacher and the child.
