Ways that I reduce my stress while at work is breathing or seeing if I can step away for a moment. depending on what I am doing, if I change directions and work on another activity and come back to what was frustrating for me after I calmed down it is much more helpful. you make healthy habits fun. you could create a game or song or even dance. Show the child that you are doing it as well. children learn by copying and if they see you doing something most likely they will want to do it too.
