Sometimes they don&#8217;t know how to describe their feelings and then I show them the chart with the different faces and let them point with one describes the emotion they are feeling. Often after actively listening to them,  automatically they feel better. </p>

I see how complex it is and at the same time every point and every rule is designed for the well-being of the children&#8217;s.</p>
<p>Where you surprise by any of the WACs? I must say that I was surprised about pets and animals policy. Also all the points covered every little aspect to&hellip;</p>
