My biggest fear in kids safely is unintentionally hurt their emotions, drug usage, school shootings.

To engage kids during their play time by getting to their level and interact with them about what they are playing and tell them if you have any ideas on that. For creating the schedule first the teacher should have a clear idea of what the teacher want to do. Also plan according to age group. Consistency is the key to maintain the routine. To being with try to do activity little small so that the kids will get used to it. Also be flexible a little bit and have backup plans.

The environment should be healthy, safe and clean. The toys should be kept in kid’s reach according to their age group.

According to me, little bit of screen time is okie because there are some concepts with kids can understand by seeing the video and then if we experiment with them they do understand better. But for younger kids I think they can just listen to rhymes and songs.
