You can make healthy habits fun by having a song and/or dance to go with it. You could also make a game out of it.

I would want my supervisor to have knowledge of what’s going on as well as being supported.

My biggest worry about keeping children safe is outside threats like school shooting, kidnapping, internet, etc.
-
If I were the parent the most important things I would expect from their provider are safety/protection, cleanliness, and lots of attention/engagement with my child. My biggest fears would be my child getting hurt or very sick, being ignored, or being abused in any way.

I think setting a time for big things like breakfast, lunch, nap, and outside times first is a good idea. It should allow you to fill up the rest of the time with activities.

I believe a friendly welcoming environment is very important to help children feel at ease away from home.

Avoid improvising. Gather lots of observational documents to provide the reasoning for the concern. The plan should involve ways to approach the subject and responses to possible parent reactions. Practice using objective language only.

They’ll be able to gauge where individual development is at and how it compares to the development guidelines. With this information, early learning providers can adjust their curriculum and activities to match the different needs of every child. Their learning styles can be discovered as well.

I believe that screentime shouldn’t be used at a child care center with how widely screen time is used and accepted by parents in the home.

Although there are multiple children, each child can feel special and heard throughout each day when implementing the serve and return steps.

I’d try to find out what’s causing them to be late. I know work, traffic, and unexpected situations can be overwhelming. I would then explain how being late negatively effects their child. I would also possibly mention how it negatively effects the staff as well.
