For a two month old you need a firm tight fitting mattress with a snug fitting sheet. Space away from other cribs. No blankets or stuff animals in the crib. If the child seems cold add another layer of clothing before rest time.

Having interactive songs and games such as duck duck goose or using a parachute gets the blood going. Also having lots of toy areas for kids to play. I really enjoy having stations for kids to able to try different things. Also having a toy rotation always helps.

I am worried about the possiblity of school shootings. I also am concerned about aggressive children or abusive parents.

I think every element is very important, but one that stands out to me is the sensory area. I do not think that screen time is necessary in the daily routine of childcare. By having lots of interaction with caregivers, toys, and nature children have all they need to develop appropriately.

You can promote serve and return in a classroom by being available for interaction on the floor. Having time for open play where you can go around the room and have moments with each student in what they are intested in, and allow them to take the lead.

I would remind them of the school hours and the policy on pick up times and what they agreed to upon enrollment. I would ask if they need help with resources or help making a plan that can help with timely pick ups.
