When I feel tired I take breaks when I can talk to coworkers and ask for help when needed and find ways for time to go by fast and to not think much and get things done so when the next day arrives I have less work on myself

Spending lots of time with the child and giving them the attention they need and listening to what they have to say is very I important to a child to listen to what they are saying and responding back to them and talking to them helps them and helps their talking skills

I want to make sure the children are safe in my center but if I see any signs of abuse or neglect I will talk to my supervisor and tell them my concerns for the child and then after they give me the okay sign I will call cps and tell them my concerns and worries of this child

My biggest worry about keeping children safe is the world we have not feeling like the space you have is safe enough for the children to learn and al the hate and violence in the world and not feeling like the world is safe enough for the children

Some compounds of a good learning environment that I would say are very important is having a cozy and safe space for kids to feel safe and secure. For example having blocks at a block area away from the quiet corner is good for kids to play with blocks and having it away from he quiet area so the kids in the quiet area don’t hear as much noise.
